PROMOTIONAL AIDS TO BE DOWNLOADED AT ANY TIME

Online promotional aids for the BAUEN & ENERGIE WIEN 2012 for your website, newsletter, signature etc. can be downloaded free-of-charge from the online promotional aids section. As well as neutral banners available in various sizes and the expo logo in various formats.

PROMOTIONAL AIDS TO BE ORDERED BY 21st NOVEMBER 2011

1. ADMISSION VOUCHERS FOR THE 16th -19th FEB. 2012

For the first time you now have the option of ordering admission vouchers in a printed version and/or as TAN codes!

1a. TAN codes (digital vouchers):

The guest you wish to invite to the show uses the TAN code sent via e-mail by going to www.bauen-energie.at/en/gutschein to obtain their Online Ticket. By printing out this Online Ticket your guest shall be entitled to use the ‘Quick Service’ counters in foyer A and foyer D to gain free entry to the trade fair, quickly and conveniently, on any one day from the 16th – 19th February 2012. No further registration procedures or waiting at the ticket counters is necessary.
Only TAN codes actually used will be charged to your account after the fair at €6.50 (not incl. VAT) per TAN code.

1b. Printed admission vouchers:

Use these vouchers to treat your customers to a free visit to the BAUEN & ENERGIE WIEN 2012. Each voucher entitles your guest to attend the trade fair on any one day from the 16th – 19th February 2012. Only vouchers actually used will be charged to your account after the fair at €7.33 (not incl. VAT) per TAN code.

2. ‘1 EURO TICKET’ FOR THE 16th -19th FEB. 2012

1 Euro Ticket (DIN long, 6-face, type 8 - orange)

You will automatically receive 3 of these tickets for every m² of net expo space booked and paid for. Each printed 1 Euro Ticket entitles a guest to attend the BAUEN & ENERGIE WIEN 2012 at Messe Wien for only €1 (incl. VAT) on any one day from the 16th – 19th February 2012. Reed Messe Wien GmbH shall cover the cost of the price difference.

3. DISCOUNT VOUCHERS FOR THE 16th -19th FEB. 2012

(units) discount vouchers (DIN long, 6-face, type 3 - green)

Guests using these discount vouchers shall be entitled to attend the BAUEN & ENERGIE WIEN 2012 for the price of a discount one-day ticket. A voucher entitles the holder to entry to the Messe Wien expo centre on any one day from the 16th – 19th February 2012. Reed Messe Wien GmbH shall cover the cost of the price difference.

Alternative: Since the discount price of the printed vouchers is the same as for online pre-registration, you can also offer this option with a link to www.bauen-energie.at/en/ticket in your e-mails.

4. A1 POSTERS FREE OF CHARGE

(units) A1 posters (b 59.4 x h 84.1 cm)

Attract attention and interest in the show with posters for the BAUEN & ENERGIE WIEN 2012 in your display windows, sales rooms and service areas etc.

5. STICKERS FOR LETTERS FREE OF CHARGE

Sheet of letter stickers (25 stickers per sheet - each b 55.5 mm × h 39.5 mm)

Apply expo promotional stickers to your business correspondence or outgoing invoices as an effective means of attracting attention to your participation at the trade fair.

Important:

All redeemed admission vouchers, 1-Euro tickets and discount vouchers remain in the possession of the organisers and shall under no circumstances be handed out to exhibitors. No marks made by the exhibitors on these printed items such as numeration or any other markings can be taken into account when processing the vouchers. Any subsequent evaluation of the vouchers by the exhibitors will not be possible.
All vouchers must be filled in completely by you and your guests. Your visitor will then be given his/her own personal admission ticket at the ticket window.
NB: All printed promotional aids will be available starting mid December 2011 and can then be handed over personally to your guests by you or your field sales staff – a service your customers are sure to appreciate.
